15/5 Week of 9/04/17 - 9/10/17 IDT 7095 Tracy McLaughlin tmclghln@memphis.edu mclaughlindscc@gmail.com DSM Instructional Design website Team Assigned Tasks: This week was a bit crazy for our team, yet we agreed that a lot of important assignments were completed. Our group met in person over the weekend of 9/4/17. We texted and emailed each other daily to make sure we were on the same page as far as the upcoming meeting with Dr. Reynolds on Friday 9/8/17. We shared a group phone call before we met with Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Tawfik. After the meeting, we exchanged meeting notes and we had another group phone call on Sunday 9/10/17 to clarify some issues, and made arrangements for a group call on Monday 9/11/17, in order to plan the next week. The group decided that I should be the Lead Team Site Manager, mainly because I have experience with online course development using Blackboard (and other LMSs).
